Founded in 2017 by Justin Morrella, Innovative Renovations was built on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Justin began his career working with Nabholz, a large commercial construction company, while taking on residential projects in his spare time. Through that experience, he saw firsthand the impact quality construction can have on people’s homes and businesses leading him to start Innovative Renovations.
What began as a small residential operation has grown into a trusted general contracting company serving both homeowners and businesses throughout Central Arkansas. Today, Innovative Renovations handles everything from renovations and additions to full-scale residential and commercial construction projects.
In late 2024, Kim Morrella joined the company, bringing a unique background in project coordination, data management, and public communication from her nearly decade-long career with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Her experience strengthens the operational side of the business, helping ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with clear communication every step of the way.
Since its founding, Innovative Renovations has earned a reputation for quality work and reliability. The company has been featured on KATV’s Fixer Upper Fridays and highlighted by MySaline, where it has received multiple awards, including Best General Contractor, Best Painter, and Best Handyman in Saline County.
